To expedite the process of Bond issuance and to avoid delay in delivery of Bonds, It is decided as follows.

1) All the Pending Application’s for want of requisite Documents or for completion of formalities would consider for Auto Refund. After 45 days from the date of receipt of application at Head office.

2) All the application for which Medical / Further Requirement have been raised by Bajaj Allanz would consider for Auto Refund. After 60 days from the date of receipt of application at Head office.

We are sure the above would help us to expidite the process , the no of grievances could be avoided.
