(A) All Business Associates joined on or after 11th August 2008.
Star Performer Award’ qualifying period start from the date of joining (DOJ).
(B) All Business Associates joined on or before 10th August 2008
1. The Star Performer Award’ (Stage 1 to Stage 12 ) of a Business Associate will be categorized as per the number of Diamond pairs made till 10th August, 2008 as per his/her Commission voucher.
2. For Details of ‘Star Performer Award’ ‘Stage’ please log on to our website - www.ficworldwide.com Click on the remark [Star Performer Award Stage ] or in your latest Commission Voucher or Contact your nearest Business Point or Customer Care at Head Office at Mumbai.
3. Those who have already achieved the stage(as per the point no.2) can qualify from the next Stage of ‘Star Performer Award’ for which the qualifying period starts from 11th August, 2008 and to be completed within the stipulated period between two stage.
4. Only Tripod (Diamond & Gold) and Insurance Packages will be considered for Star Performer Award. Specific product package will be considered for qualification of Star Performer Award. (Product Codes: 6001, 6002, 6003 6004,7001, 7002, 7003, 7004, 4007, 4006, 5005 , 5004,1009,1010 & 2006 ).
5. Two pairs of Gold Plan will be considered as one pair of Diamond Plan.
6. Commission distributed pair, as per your Commission Voucher will only be considered for 'Star Prize Awards.
7. All new joining after 11th august 2008 will be considered for above Star Performer
Awards (i.e. only fresh pairs )
8. prizes are subject to T.D.S.
9.. Co-Working Business Associate ID will not be considered for 'Star Performer Award'.
10. The Company shall have the right to make any amendments if necessary at any time
And the Business Associates shall abide by such changes.
11. Management Reserves the right to Amend / Alter / Modify the qualification of the Star Performer Award without assigning any reason.
12. All disputes shall be subjected to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
